I’ve been using the Fujifilm X100v for backpacking, hiking, traveling, and documenting my family for the past two years and I’m now ready to give it a review from the perspective of a backpacker (and Dad).

I absolutely love this camera and have since the day I put my hands on it. It’s small, light, and the image that comes out of it is just incredible. In fact, it’s such a great camera that I ended up selling my Fujifilm X-T4 because of how much more I was reaching for the X100v. It’s simple to use and I think it pairs very nicely with backpacking, hiking, and traveling.

If you enjoy photography or you’re looking to learn, this is a great little camera to begin with. It can handle everything from family life to extended travel, and yes, even backpacking and hiking adventures.
